I am sorry this is happening! Our thoughts are with you and we can’t wait to try a couple bottles.

The 2023 Mentha is a work of art - bravo! In addition to being beautiful by itself - and brilliantly augmenting all the usual suspects (mojito, julep, southside) - an interesting surprise is that it marries well with hop water

Glad you liked it, Chris! We’re still dialing it in towards what we’d like to see, but this vintage was a big step forward.

Pairing it with hop water seems both intuitive and unexpected! We’ve paired with Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters in the past, and that worked beautifully. Hops seem to be a natural match. Perhaps something to consider in future renditions.

I've been finding @cocktailswithsuderman wildly entertaining. He puts Cynar in everything. I don't have Cynar, but I do have Thistle!

Ahh - Bittermens Grapefruit! I got it for one of your recipes awhile back and I remember finding it great in whatever context you suggested it, but then I wasn't clever enough to figure out where else to put it. As soon as I push post I'm gonna dredge it back out of the liquor cabinet.

We'd love to support you from PA! Any plans to stock your wines with Domestique (or any other means to get your beautiful wines and bitters to PA)?

Hey Elissa! You can buy our bitters directly from our website (they can ship nationally because they’re considered a flavoring extract).

We hope to be able to ship our wines ourselves soon, but in the meantime, you can always reach out to Domestique via email and request a few bottles to be shipped to you. They’re a great team and can often accommodate special orders.

Thanks again for supporting our work!
